Quality & Inspection
E & R Machine maintains a very well equipped and regulated Quality Control Department. Coordinate Measuring Machine 28" x 24" x 18" CMM, Comparators, and customized specialty gages are used. E & R always uses the correct gage for the job. We have Gage R&R as well as SPC capabilities, and we use written process instructions with every job. E & R Machine is currently a certified supplier to many industries including vitally important braking systems for the locomotive industry, tight tolerance hydraulic systems and many other quality imperative precision applications.
Finishing & Plating
E & R Machine partners with, and is located centrally to major suppliers for economically favorable sourcing for Heat treating, Plating, Secondary grinding and almost any specialty finishing. We are systemized in our outsource routing and provide these services to add value for our customers.
